RESCHEDULING + CANCELLATIONS

Please inform your stylist 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule, cancel, or change your appointment. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of your deposit, and you will be required to prepay 100% of the next service. Late arrivals over 15 minutes may not receive the full service, and a new deposit may be required for rebooking.

PAYMENT FEES + DEPOSITS

A “Payment Processing Fee” applies when using your card on file or the in-suite terminal. This fee supports the costs associated with online booking, deposit management, and appointment scheduling. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred once within a 2-month grace period from the original appointment date.

SATISFACTION + REFUNDS

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your hair, contact us within 7 days of your service for any adjustments in our control. Additional charges may apply for adjustments on discounted services. Please note that due to the nature of our work, refunds are not provided. All product purchases are final sale.

To secure your appointment, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. You'll receive payment instructions via text or email after booking. Changes to your service must be made 48 hours in advance to avoid penalties. If you switch to a lower-cost service at the time of your appointment, you'll be charged 50% of the original total, plus the new service cost.
